Group meditation to focus on inner peace and cultivate world peace. 

The beauty of group meditation is that the results each participant receives is amplified by the number of participants.  For example; if you meditate on your own for 10 minutes; 10 minute meditation.


If you participate in a group of 6 and meditate for the same 10 minutes; it's as if you yourself meditated for 60 minutes. 


We are stronger together, no experience required, just bring yourself and your breath.
